Two Oak sons are John Hipperson and Steve Robinson. Both skilful and creative guitarists and beautiful singers, they formed a bond many years ago and have become stalwarts of the UK folk club scene and also reached the final of Bath Folk Festivals first New Shoots Completion back in 2012. Their performances are always a joyful mixture of traditional and self penned material carefully selected and arranged to create a great atmosphere. Every gig is always a gathering of friends old and new and this rapport with their audiences has led to them becoming regular performers at the Bath Folk Festival.
This event is organised by The Barley Mow. The Barley Mow dates back to 1840 and is near the centre of Bath.
